Delcon Group is a civil construction company founded in 2006 by Managing Director, David Harry, a surveyor with over 15 years experience in the civil construction industry. David leads Delcon with a clear focus on collaboration and developing strong relationships with all stakeholders through honesty, reliability and integrity.
